Welcome to the WBHS Marching Band
The West Bloomfield High School Marching Band has a long tradition of excellence (participating in its first MCBA event in 1980 and its first BOA event in 1991). The Laker Marching Band is over 3 times larger than it was in 2004, has finished in the top 5 at MCBA's State Championship the past 5 seasons and has been a Semi-Finalist at BOA's Nationals Championship the past 3 seasons. The band's 2011 show theme "Here's that rainy Day" will give a modern and crowd pleasing interpretation of our theme by fusing jazz, pop and classic tunes.
